Jonathan is currently a Manager in the Intelligent Automation practice within KPMG’s Digital Lighthouse, focused on leveraging RPA, ML, AI, and Low-Code tools to drive business and technology transformation projects.

Full Cycle Intelligent Automation Delivery:
– Managed several full cycle robotic process automation engagements, inclusive of vendor selection, proof of concept, infrastructure / technical architecture implementation, automation pilot, center of excellence stand-up / build-out, developer training and in-flight coaching, opportunity assessment, pipeline management, use case automation SDLC (solution design, development, deployment, continuous improvement), program expansion and enterprise scaling / scale-up efforts, advanced automation (incorporation of OCR, ML, AI technologies), etc.
–Led multiple development workstreams with geographically dispersed developers located onshore across multiple time zones as well as offshore developers located across ASPAC – primarily India and Thailand
–Co-developed and delivered dozens of RPA developer trainings as lead or co-lead instructor, training hundreds of developers on Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere; supported development and delivery of UiPath developer training under former practice training lead, prior to taking over the role from 2020 onwards
